Just installed a new VP44 and after bleeding several times it still runs rough and I'm getting blue\grey smoke. Cracked the line on #1 injector and get lots of fuel but does not seem to affect the running, cracked #3 and starts to run very rough, #4 same as #1 no affect, #5 a little difference but not much. The truck sat for a month while I waited for parts. The truck ran fine until the inj. pump went down, no smoke etc. Help

 

My '89 CTD is doing the same thing...nasty lope in the idle too...haven't figured this one out yet...

 

If you figure it out let me know , I'll do the same.
