Rough Idle after running hard

Everytime i run my truck hard i get a real lopey idle for a couple minutes then it slowly goes back to normal. It is a HRVP is this normal, i have heard of rough idleing HRVP trucks but never hear of it rough idle after hammering down. Ther no codes and power seems to be there jsut wanted to make sure somethign not wrong.

Mine does the exact same thing. It idles a little choppy after gettin' on it hard. But, I don't have a hrvp. It's only done it since I installed the my injectors so I just always figured it was that.

When did yours start? When you installed your pump?

Yea i remember one time with my mach 4s and the stock Vp i got on it hard and let off and the truck shut off, i heard of that happening to someone before i just never heard of idle being rough after getting on it hard i talked to a guy last night said it is normal for that to happen. we'll see i guess. maybe we're sucking air somehow i dunno i mean it really doesnt bother me that much as long as nothing is wrong. good luck with it

Mine does it too when I run it hard. I've just chalked it up to common occurance when I run her hard. It smooths out when I rev the engine a bit. No biggie for me!
