I just wanted to check before i went and orderd a VP-44 and see if yall thought it was the culprit.
Ive got a 01 5spd with a bank Otto mind (Sux) I just went through the deap peadal crap and changed the apps and no more problems. Last night i was coming out of a hard pull and 3 times i noticed a bad miss as it went back to idle. So i went a ran the codes and im getting a 0122 ,1693,1687 ,0500.
The speed sensor has been there but the other codes just came up. Its thrown some codes randomly like this ever sence the tps so i was figuring on the vp44 ? Am i right?

1st step would be to disconnect the aftermarrket stuff and check it again.
There have been a couple of recent posts of "Boxes" failing and throwing VP codes.
