I have a 1999 2500 2WD truck with a dana 80 rear end in it and having problems finding a rear end because all everyone lists is a dana 60. Did not know if anyone has run into this. Did they put the dana 80 in cab and chasiss models?

 

I see this is your first post - Welcome.

I think you might be looking in the wrong place - ALL second gen 4X4's have a Dana 60 front diff, the auto trucks have a Dana 70 rear and the standard trucks got the Dana 80 rear diff.

Thanks for the reply i did find in my alldata where it lists the dana 80. It was listed under the housing not the diff in alldata
