RE47 Trans shifting 1st & 2nd gear issue

MY TRUCK IS A 2001 2500 4X4, IT HAS STARTED SHIFTING IN & OUT OF 1ST & 2ND GEAR UNDER LIGHT THROTTLE WHILE IN TRAFFIC, DURRING HARD ACCELERATION TRANS SHIFTS GOOD, JUST ADJUSTED BANDS & DIDNT HELP, WRAPED WIRE WITH TAN STRIPE WITH ALUMINAM FOIL & PUT SPLIT LOOM OVER IT, TPS IS MABY 1.5YRS OLD, TRANS HAS BEEN REBUILT & HAS 45,000MI ON IT, CAN ANYONE HELP CUZ THIS IS GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATING, ALL BATT TERMINALS ARE CLEAN & TIGHT, PLEASE HELP, THANKS

My 99 had a broke band inside the trans when it did this.

I would replace Governor Solenoid And Pressure Sensor. Usually what causes 1-2 shift hunt at light throttle. 48RE are know to have same issue with 1-2 shift hunt.

And Borg Warner came out with a Heavy Duty version of the Solenoid. My customers say it fixes the 1-2 shuttle.
