radiator flush

OK I have two trucks 2002 3500 diesel and a 95 2500 diesel ...wanted to flush out coolant today but on both trucks when you spin the valve on the drain, nothing comes out. So this must mean they are both plugged?? what should i do, i tried to fish some wire up there use and air compressor, anything just to get the coolant to flow out. Whats going on?

The radiator on my truck is made of aluminum with plastic tanks. The draincock is on the driver's side of the radiator, is about 1" diameter with a wing for turning. You can read my saga from a couple weeks ago here: https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...d.php?t=158514. If you have the same type of draincock as mine, this could be your problem. The good news is that the radiator doesn't have to come out of the truck for repair.
