I am not sure of the year of your truck, but you can get the replacement distribution harness from Dodge for lots of bucks, or simply rewire your old one. Peel back the wrapping and you will find it fully color coded, all the way from the terminals to the tailight fixtures. Just stick with the OEM color codes and take your time and use solder and shrink wrap tube to seal off the new connections for the replacement wire.

Another option is a visit to a pull-a-part type junkyard. A new (used) harness will run you all of maybe ten dollars from one of those.

At work, we had a woodchuck chew though a wiring harness of a brand new truck. The harness had to be an inch and a half thick and somewhere from 50-75 wires. What a treat to rewire! It also chewed through a stainless steel ground strap that was an inch wide braided wire!
