Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Hello I need help, i am lost. I was driving yesterday around 45mph and my fuel pressure dropped and the truck shut off i pressed the gas and it started up again but i while later it did it again and did not start up. i thought it was the LP but i replaced it and the **** thing still wont start. the Injectors are getting fuel because black smoke puffs out but it wont crank over. The fuel pressure when trying to start is 0 and raises to 3 during pre-heat. Please Help!

Did you bleed the injector lines?

Do you have good fuel pressure when you bump the starter and run the lift pump for 20 seconds. Should be around 12-15psi.

Sometimes the Lp will get a little loader and it will raise to around 15 but wheni try to start it drops to zero and then back to 3 again is the LP bad or the wiring bad it is brand new i just installed it today

Can you get a scanner on it and get the codes?
If no fuel pressure, thats where I'd look first. Possibly plugged line, pull it off from the filter housing and see if the FASS will pump fuel out of it. Is the Fass even working?
How is the filter?
Did you run out of fuel? Don't trust the gauge! You may have been syphoned.
Good luck, I know how frustrating these things can get.

I believe When turning the motor over the lift pump does not run and starts to pump as soon as motor starts, to keep from having hard start issues. Just noticed you had a fass so this might not be the case.

Try getting codes. Turn key on/off, on/off, on - codes should display in odometer window.

The Fass Is Gone I Installed A Stock Pump Just To See If That Would Fix. The pump runs about 5 sec and shuts off and then when i try to start it kick on after i stop cranking on it could it be a check vavle on the VP44. i think it is something small because the hard parts are good. is there i fule shutoff sensor on this truck.

This is the "Help!" Forum afterall

I'll bet you still have air in the lines. I hot wired the L/P then went about bleeding the injectors one by one, turning the crank by hand 1/4-1/2 turn until all had fuel.
