P1932 and no power

P1932 and no power
Got a 04 3500 that my friend tryed to download a bullydog into and didnt work. Now we got a code of 1932 and 0118. Truck only has about 1/4 of its power and its stock now. Any Ideas?????????

My list dosnt show P1932..........P0118 Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit High.

i know that. i cant figure it out and nor can the local dealer.
