Unhappy p1011

Yesterday my truck started running sluggish. So I was on my way to pick up a new fuel filter, about 200 yards from the dealer it quit on me.I went ahead and walked over and picked up a new filter, installed it. It has never ran again. It shows a code of P1011. I have had bad experiences with this dealer before, so I just towed it home. I would be very greatful for any help!!:

I am getting fuel all the way to the injectors. I do not have a pressure gage, so I'm not sure if it is enough.
