p0069 Help

i was on the hwy yest and i floored it and it moved like a slug, then the cel came on i checked it was p0069. i searched the forums couldn't really find anything on it. what should i do its an 05 6spd w/ tst and smoke switch. the boost gauge on my tst reads 30-40psi even at idle. i noticed that one of the wires of the smoke switch fell off and were resting on metal, can this of shorted it out to the map. any ideas or off to dealer for warrenty work.

Its a map sensor fault. reattach your wire or isolate it and see if that helps out.

Thats a hell of a battery to be putting in a race car lol, anyways it is something with the map sensor circuit, you gotta look at the circuit and where the TST taps into it.

Like everyone has said, cel will go away after a few starts. I have the same problem with my painless striker box intermittently shorting on the map hookup, no power and the cel for a few starts. Put everything back and check connections and you should be ok
