ok i have 97 p pump truck that had a problem with air getting in the system .
so I put 15 psi in the fuel tank and found that, feed and return lines had rubbed through. also fuel heater was leaking . and lift pump at primer leaked.
so i removed heater ,cut and replaced fuel line and installed a new cummins lift pump.then while i had all the room i dropped a set of 3k springs in the gov.nowI have trouble. first this truck made 35psi boost at a snap and when it started ran strong ! now it wont start unless i step on the accel. pedal ( gov. springs to tight)and when I road test it,it is a gutless pig and 20 psi boost is all i can get and it revs real slow! can someone give me a path back to power...pleeeze


what am i missing?
