Oxygen SSR Fuse

I bought my truck used – I just went to replace a headlight fuse and noticed there are some ‘empty’ spaces where fuses should/ might go. The main one I am concerned about is the “15 amp Oxygen SSR”.
I have a 2001 2500 Ram - 24 valve Cummins Quad cab.
Could someone tell me if there should be a fuse in this slot? Sorry for my ignorance on this!

Don't worry about it, we don't use o2 sensors.
Those are for the gas trucks?
