No start on 1999 24v

Do you have a mechanical fuel press gauge? If so did you use an isolator? If you did the bleed screw should have a ball bearing under the screw. If you took the screw out you could have dropped it. That could be the source of the air getting into the system, it would weep fuel when pressurized but let air in when the eng is shut down.
