My lights work the dome light works the horn works, but nothing the key turns on works. i replaced my starter contacts and now there is no power to the key. The Truck is an electrical mess. Help, please.

 

so everything worked and after you replaced the starter contacts most things don't work?

Better check all your fuses to make sure you didn't pop a few then go from there

did u reconnect both wires back to the starter? the main one and the tiny one?...did u reconnect all the wires to the battery terminal on the drivers side? maybe u just forgot one and its danglin and hard to notice...and ofcourse do check the fuses and relays

 

I still think that you have a fusible link burned out. I'm willing to bet that you have no power to your ignition switch.I'm gonna ask a stupid question. Did you disconnect the battery when you pulled the starter? If you didn't one little arc could have burned a fusible link. I think that main fusible link on mine is green. Test for power after the link. Usually you can see them burned.
