Unhappy No Power, 12 Codes, Strange Knocking Sound

I have a 03 cummins 2500 and it throwing about 5 codes. 0073, 0088, 0106, 0108, 0251. it has thrown more but not comming up any more. when you start the truck after sitting for a day or over night it sounds like it is extremly cold and knocks really loud. even when it is warmed up you can hear a strange knocking sound. after being warmed up when you put it to the floor, it sounds like it surges and has absolutly no power. can anyone help?

just checked wires, no cuts or stripped anywhere. was told maybe to reset the apps? dont know if that will help or not. trying mainly to figure out why it tells me high rail pressure when theres only intake and exhaust done to it. (not very smart on what goes on under the hood with the wires and computers)

Check the electrical connector of the Fuel Control Actuator, what are your high pressure fuel pressures. What is fuel pressure engine not running? is it over 50PSI? If it is reading higher possible bad sensor. If the connection is tight, replace the fuel control actuator. 05183245AA
