Hey guys,

I have an 02 2500 24v, I had this problem last week, replaced the fuel filter, and she worked fine until last night. Problem is back. What's next?
Bad Fuel?
Lift pump?
Should I change out the filter again? Don't have any codes yet, which code am i looking for?

Any suggestion would be great..

 

I would change the fuel filter again and check for fuel pressure as this costs next to nothing. If it runs afterward it could be bad fuel or algae. Throw some additive in the tank. Next install a fuel pressure gauge so you know whats going on.

 

check for codes
key -on off on off on (no start) watch odometer and right down any codes
could be bad APPS or IP (vp44)

Okay boys the codes i get are p0122 & p1693

i have searched and found 122 means throttle senor switch?

check the apps do a reset and make sure all connections are good ,you might need a new apps if so timbo hear has a good cheep upgrade
