I just got a new triple dog for my 2004 Dodge 3500hd, I followed the instructions word for word, and when I get to the power level select menu, I push yes to continue and it takes me right back to the previous menu, Without adding any power. It would download the "add low end power" setting, but as far as the performance or extreme settings it wouldn't download. Any ideas?

 

try downloading the stock tune into the truck first...it worked on mine.
