Could be a sticking spool valve in the valve body, but haven't seen that in a while. Not real likely I guess. Yeah, quick thing would be to take it out and see if it moves freely or if its jumpy when you cycle the key on. Supposed to be "selfe adjusting" so shouldn't cause any more trouble than you are already having!

ok Removed it and checked for movement when ignition is cycled. Non at all. I tried it several times even tried it while engine was running, it just sit there. The shaft which the acuator connects to will move counter clockwise and return to the starting position when i release it. So it appears nothing is locked up with the shaft anyway.

Thanks for all your help, I think the problem is my TTVA is dead in the water, or as a saying we have in the EMS field its DRT or Dead Right There.

Thanks again

Update........................

Got the Actuator in today and installed it. Same thing. I purchased a code scanner also and it keeps coming back. Im sorta at a loss, Best I can tell there is no voltage there. All connectors look good and feel good. All Fuses appear good as well.

Let me know if anyone has any suggestions on which direction I should go.

This is really making me want to pull my hair out

As per the PM's it looks like the cooling fan is connected somewhat to the trans TTVA. They are both in connector C112. It is near the water in fuel sensor. That is where I would head!
