Lost fuel pressure on the highway

I was driving along going about 70mph, when my fuel pressure dropped to 3 or 4 psi. I dropped my speed down and took it easy on it. Ten minutes later it went back up to normal. I am worried to drive it 450 miles back home on Sunday. My filter was changed about 1500 miles ago. I have a stock fuel system and have had no problems so far. Any help would be appreciated.

BTDT, eventually dropped again, down to 3, then 2, then 1, then pegged as I pulled into a Concordia, Kansas garage's parking lot to sleep in the 5th wheel for the night.

Come morning, I asked them to replace the filter which had less than 2,000 miles on it. That fixed it just fine, back to North Mexico and had no issues. Must have picked up some bad fuel in Seneca or Topeka. That was about 18,000 miles ago.
Back to my evening brew. . .
