Loss of power

I have an 02. Today it started losing power while crusing @ speeds mainly below 45. It hesitates when taking off from a complete stop. Like you lifted your foot off the gas but then picks right back up. It is not giving any codes. I have fuel gauges after the filter digital/mechanical both reading the same.

Any ideas??

I replaced the injector pump spring of 07 and the fuel pump this past spring. Runs around 11psi.

Could you have a intercooler hose leak? Generally can hear a whoosing sound.

Have to ask....did you check the fuel filter? What kind of fuel pump did you install? Can you hear the fuel pump working before the "wait to start light" goes off?

Relying on listening for the lift pump running before you start is not reliable. When the pumps go out it is not because they stop running . They are a rotary pump so they are still gonna turn but the plastic teeth normally strip and wont turn the vane so no pump. I see you have gauges which is good and looks normal, I too would check boost leak, passenger side intercoller boot is to close to the fender from factory. Check that, if you look under there the boot is very close to the sharp edge of the fender. You should bend that away from the boot so when you build boost it doe sent contact the fender and cut it. You might try a TPS reset and see if that helps any. Is there any smoke involved when you are loosing power? is it intermittent or always at these speeds. sounds like it may be a surge when leaving a stop, sounds like a TPS.
