Not really terrible emergency, but I'm hoping to get this tach installed today. I got the tach and the harness for my '92. Just wanted to confirm I should put ring terminals on the end of the harness and attach them to the tach appropriately? There are spade connectors to plug into the underdash connection at the other end.

The only reason I ask is it came with some butt connectors and in the instructions it says to connect to the same colored wires from the tach to the harness. Am I missing some sort of harness for the tach?

Isspro EVM series tach btw.
