intake manifold cover gasket

I was driving like i always do, then all of a sudden i heard a loud pop. Boost immediately went down and egts skyrocketed. how hard is it to replace this cause i desperately need to get this thing back on the road. Also is it driveable or should i stay off the road. if i ease on it, everything seems normal except not as much boost. Thanks for the help.

If a Boot popped off.
Loosen the clamps on the intake boot that slipped off.
Slide the boot so you can get to the flange.
Clean the flange and the inside mating surface of the boot with alcohol or BrakeClean, slide boot back, and retighten clamp.

im 100% positive its the gasket, i had to truck idleing and could hear the air coming out, so i sprayed soapy water on the boots cause thats what i thought it was, but when i did that the water dripped down to the side of the air heater and down below the cover and sure enough bubbles were plenty, im goin to call napa and some other parts stores that hopefully will be open tomorrow. thanks
