I have an in-tank pump and I am putting a Holley Blue inline with it. Plus I'm running 3/8 inch line over the steel line to the Blue and 1/2 inch line from the Blue to the fuel filter.The problem that I ran into is the wiring part. The in-tank pump is already attached to the ECM connector and a fuse is ran to the fuse box under the hood. I was told by Eric from Vulcan Performance to use the wire harness that I got and plug that into the ECM. I tried calling him but his phone is off. Please give me some info pronto por favor.
Get yourself a 30amp relay (like the one used for off-orad lights), use the hot wire for the fuel pump as a trigger wire. Run a seperate hot from the battery and ground.
This way, your second pump will be triggered by the same signal that runs the primary pump.
Check out this link. It puts everything in real plain english. Just use the primary pump hot wire where the are showing the ignition wire. Also has an oil pressure triggered system. This is what Vulcan recommended to me.

there are a lot of people that run the relay like he said, and there are lot of people that just wire it to a hot when key on wire. some wire the ground through an extra oil sending unit added on top the oil filter housing so it just comes on after you have oil pressure.it's up to you how you want to do it, it all works
ran this same setup except for stock lift pump and pro-comp "black" pump the only problem you may run into is too much fuel pressure causing a hard start. That is why people will wire to the oil pressure sending unit. With the stock LP and the holley black I was pushing 27psi @ idle and 17 @ wot with the attitude set on #5
