Injection Pump is leaking, from that back..help!

1992 Dodge D350. The pump has a diesel drip/stream running from the underside. It seems to come from behind the pump (on the side I can't see at ALL) and so I don't know what I'm looking at.
What could be leaking back there?
How hard would it be to fix? (Can it be done by me?)
How much would a Injection shop charge to re-seal it?

HELP!

James

If the pump itself is leaking your best bet is to get a rebuilt from a fuel injection service shop. The short is that while you can repair most VE pumps yourself, the fooling around trying to locate the problem, then the cost of parts and tools will exceed the price of a good rebuilt pump.

It's probably coming from the timing piston cover. There's a plastic seal under there that fails from time to time. I'm sure somebody will chime in with the part #. The bad news is that the pump has to come off, the good news is that it's a DIY fix.
