My 98 does the same thing. I wish I could offer a solution, but it will be interesting to see if anyone else has this problem as well.

If you have changed the fuel filter. You might try running some injector cleaner though it, like Power server. If I remember right, I had about the samething last year and that took care of it.

Hmm, what exactly is the fuel pressure at idle, cruise and WOT??

Do you normally use fuel additive??

Sounds kinda like the VP....they dont always throw codes when they take a crap. Think I would run it for awhile ad see what happens.

I have been running the PS for a few months hoping it would clear. I will try to rig a Carter or BD inline with the intank before I dump the cash on a new VP 44. Hoping someone beats me to it so I am not feeling like the intank FP guinea pig .To think I was happy when the ******* told me we upgraded you to the NEW intank pump. If I only knew.

Well, that was kind of an important detail to leave out. You say FP is good and Im asking specifically, what it is...idle, cruise, and WOT??

poor running

I wonder if you have what I have??? I have an arc in the PDC or wiring harness some where!!!!! I have seen it on a scope and I KNOW it is there. It is way toooooo technical cryslurrr and cummminnnnsss . Have them check it with the (break out box) to see if it runs smooth ? Mine will also cut out at between 1700 and 1800 and as high as 2200 under load!!!! I have been battling this since NEW. Nuf said if you think I have the right idea please PM me.
