help / suggestions please

I have an 01 2500. Substantial mods have been done to the truck prior to an accident. The truck has been sitting for about 3 years. I am trying to get it running now. I have cleaned the fuel tank, Changed the oil, and taken the turbo apart and cleane it.
I rebuilt the FASS pump and changed all the filters.

The truck cranks over, but does not appear to be getting fuel.

I disconnected the fuel line at the vp44 and let the pump run utill I have fuel at the vp44.
I diconnected one injector line and cranked motor, but am not getting any fuel from the injector line.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Jim

you probably need to break open at least 2 more injector lines to get the air and get it started

still no start, disconnected air tube and used ether. Truck will start on ether, as soon as ether is removed truck stops,

I disconnected the injector lines again and started truck with ether, Fuel seems to be just trickling from the injector lines.

I'm with rich on this one....sounds like a dead pump! With the engine running (dare I say on ETHER) you should be getting a good spray of fuel if the pump is up to snuff.

Does anyone know of a place that will rebuild the vp44. As I said, the pump is only a month old with about 5,000 miles on it. If it is bad, it only thing I can think of would be the diaphram from sitting.

Can it be cleaned or is there an additive that I can put in the filter and push through it. I haven't much experience with the VP44 other than replacing it.
