Help

Just replaced the transfer pump ( new relocation kit in the tank) on a 02 2500, need to know what the the PSI should be under load. Can't get the info from the dealer.

More info ...... the old pump was 11 psi @ idle and 4 psi @ WOT. I know the specs for the pump that got replaced should not drop below 10psi WOT according to Central Motive Power. The new pump in the tank is reading 8 psi @ idle and only 2 psi @ WOT. At this psi it seems like the injection pump will fail?

Thanks
John

12+ would be good. Depends on what other mods you have.

I'm stock, 15 @ idle, 13-13.5 cruise 12-12.5 WOT.

ON EDIT (sorry, didn't catch the in the tank part)

9 is about max I think, 5 or so WOT is good.
