Just a quick guess (don't have access to my manual right now) would say you splashed a good bit of water into an electrical connecter, probably right above the driver's front tire wheel well liner, and it caused your connections to short out. If the truck still runs fine, drive it and they'll probably go away on their own. When you get time, pull the connections apart under the ECM, clean, coat with dielectric grease, and put back together.

Hard to tell by just looking, engine heat will dry the outside but the inside where the connectors are will still be wet.

Another place to check is the main power distribution box right above the wheel well. You probably won't be able to see anything by simply removing the cover, but if I recall correctly, the whole module will lift up after removing just two screws, and you'll be able to tell if the connections are wet. It could also be one of the big connections that run from the distribution box along the steering column into the back of the dash.
