2002 cummins wont start it just turns over. On dash it says p pcu and p ecu

Did you recently do a fuel filter change or work on the injectors or fuel system?

 

Just put a new lift pump on. I think they may be fuel codes how do you prime a 24 valve

 

crack an injector line & bump the starter... you will hear the LP running & fuel should start coming out the cracked injector... snug up injector & bump again... crank engine, engine will lope a bit until you fully tighten injector line

do you have fuel pressure gage?
