cleaned map and air temp sensors now truck idleing at 2000 rpm

Is the throttle return against the idle screw on your pump? Have a person sit in the drivers seat and with the engine off, have them move the fuel pedal and see if there is any binding or if it's catching on anything.

btw....what did you clean them with????

Sounds like the IAT sensor is making the truck go into cold weather high idle.
