We took out the injectors, sent them away to f-1 diesel to put on some F2 nozzles, now that they got back, today we installed the injectors put everything in place and truck wont start up anymore, we cranked and tried letting out all of the air in rail but no results, any ideas or tips? any help really apreciated..
it made 2 codes high pressure in rail and fuel delivery failed..

p.s. when we removed the injectors a mistake ocurred i laid a socket extencion on the baterry poles so it sparked up once but removed it right away..could something have happened to the ECM or not?

 

12valve and I have the same issues. I have the same fault codes too. If you come up with a solution, please let us know. Suggestions so far are test fuel volume for fuel pump and high pressure inj pump for possible pump failure, and possible electronic fuel control actuator failure.
Seems odd we all have the same issues with a injector removal/ replacement.
Coincidental or same fubar?

 

yea same here, i found the problem now, the injector feed line was damaged at cylinder #5 so i replaced it now the truck runs just like it should and no codes..i think it happend when reinstalling that injector while not loosing enough that tube.
