At the very least, go get a quote at your local Cummins shop...
I'd be hesitant to take it to a non-Cummins endorsed shop without someone I trust endorsing them...
I'm with PaulDaisy on this- but I'd be a bit short of $100 on the beer... but for $2750, you could do ALOT of mods... and flushing the cooling system with Dawn (or any good greasecutter) will work fine- just will take some time, Dealer doesn't want to mess with it or the wastewater it will create.... new hoses are reatively cheap insurance.. but a new radiator?
