Head Gasket help, please

Ok, I pull the injectors. If I take my time to pull the head is it all self explanatory what comes off to pull it? I am used to working on my truck, but head gasket is new territory for me. do yall think Ill be ok with it? I have 2 people 2 help lift it with me. to guess id say, exhaust manifold and turbo assembly, intake manifold, return line will have to come off. then when I get it back together Ill have to go get the valves adjusted? And do I loosen the bolts then tighten when I start the re-torque process? Also, can I learn to adjust the valves myself? And I am taking to make sure its not warped or cracked to badly while off. Any help no matter what it is would be very helpful.

Thumbs up

I put my injector's in 1 qt.zipperlock bags and numbered them. I marked my pushrods and put them and their rocker assembly in numbered 1 gallon zipperlock bags, that way they'll go back exactly as they came off.
I don't know how much lighter or heavier a 12 valve head is compared to a 24 valve but I used an engine hoist to re-install my head very gently and carefully so's not to mess up the new head gasket.
My head surface cleaned up dead flat with a .0035" mill job.
You could use a manual so you can take some knowledge out to the shop when you start.

Are the push rods hydraulic? How hard is it to get the push rod's back, any tricks of the trade?

The pushrods are solid.
Feel around the roof of the cowl, mine has holes with rubber plug grommets to be pulled and pushrods then go up into to remove and install.
I reinstalled my pushrods before the rocker assemblies.
