Head Gasket Dont Match!!

my head gasket water holes are 1/4 the size of the actual head and block water jacket openings??? is this right??

Probably so... normally the HGs water jacket holes are used to adjust the flow to different areas by restricting in some areas...

Some will open those passages up some with a punch..

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
The holes are sized to get correct amount of coolant to all parts of head. Do not recomend resizing especially on a OEM gasket.

That's how they are supposed to be, leave 'em alone and install the gasket as it came from Cummins.

um ya hahahaha i feel dumb i looked at other gaskets online and saw they were the same i guess i just flipped cause i've been stressing to get my truck running again and.......... well you know thought i found something else to stress over
