head gasket

im in the process of changing my headgasket and was wondering what all needed to be removed to do so. i have all the fuel lines off and the head studs are off too. i also unbolted the exhaust manifold. im takin a break so i thought id see what else i need to loosen and take off.

Pull the injectors, it's very easy to damage the tips when you move the head.
Remove the rocker arms and pushrods too.

That's not a complete list of what needs to come off, I'm not that familiar with the 2nd gens.

Dont forget the coolant temp sensor at the back of the head (driverside)
