Hard starting-final, I hope.

Dealer replaced dead lift pump. 2 days. Not bad considering they had to ship the pump from Dallas. You'd think they would stock them at the dealership. <br>Truck has 32k miles.

Thanks for the prompt, Jack. I should have provided more info.<br>With the new pump the engine starts immediately, almost with the click of the key. Seems to have more power, but that may be my imagination.<br>My pump motor had an open winding. If it had been clogged with something from bad fuel I think I would have been out of luck. <br>L.D.

Cool, glad you got it fixed. Mine is also fixed now but I had to replace the injection pump. Warranty is a good thing
