Re:hard,or may not start

I don't know much about those trucks with all the extra valves, but I would bet on the problem being the rubber fuel hoses drawing air. You stop, the engine cools a bit, fuel contracts, air enters. Something like that.
Good luck.

I'll take a guess here...

Have you tried to reset your APPS?
I have no idea if this is going to work, just a guess.

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...p;onlynewfaq=1

May also be your idle speed is too low (in gear), but I will admit that I dont know if your idle speed would affect its ability to start ???

Good luck.
Rich

Re:hard,or may not start

Just returned from "***********" after scratching their heads since about 9:45 this am,it is now
5:45 pm ,they decided it is an injector pump computer something or other breaking down when it get's
hot. I don't whether or not to buy this assesment or not ,they are saying it's an $1800.00 fix job.Can
anyone confirm this or not ????? The reason for the 1800.00 cost is my 100,000 went out about 2 weeks
ago,(103,000)now.
Thank's
modguy

Thanks to all for the responses so far!!!!
