Which Gasket?

Well i found that my problems that i have been having was caused by yet another blown hg. Blown inbetween every cylinder. I went with a stock one and it lasted approx. 2 hrs.... Dropped the exhaust and found the exhaust walls and the turbo elbow covered with a thick layer of oil sludge... What could cause that? Blown gasket? I'm thinkin the gasket blew because i may have over tightened the head bolts (stock@125#) . Would a stock gasket hold at the right torque? Or should i go with a marine gasket? Gonna be buying tomorrow so any help would be appretiated!!
