Fuel Shutoff lever out of adjustment. No power
Fuel Shutoff lever out of adjustment. No power
Hey guys, I installed a #10 plate and 3K GSK kit last night, had no problems except I had to remove the piece that the fuel shutoff solenoid attaches to (that arm that rotates, on the front side of the plug) to get the plug out. Now I don't think I should have. It looks like it is keyed, but no key fell out, and it is definitely not right, because WOT feels like 1/4 throttle. Once you get past 1/4 throttle there is no increase in power. Is this little arm keyed where it attaches to that rod? I know it isn't the most precise descriptions, but hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about.
Thanks
Thanks

A little hard to change the solenoid adjustment without knowing it even while disconnected.
It sort of sounds like either your plate is too far back or you installed the afc housing slid all the way back.

Well, got it adjusted. I called up piers and he said it was keyed, so I fabbed one up. It still had a little bit of play in it, and I adjusted it just barely wrong. I took the truck for a test ride and was VERY IMPRESSED, but then went to shut it down and it kept running
So I am going to adjust the stop screw in there. I appreciate the suggestions, I know it wasn't the most detailed symptoms
