fuel pump questions - HELP!

Ok, so my truck died today on the highway. I am assuming fuel pump right off the bat because I got bad diesel 200 miles ago. Now my question is what pump do I need to replace. I hear some trucks had the intank and some had the lift pumps.

Here is the info on my truck.

Early 03 Standard Output Auto dually longbed.

On top of the tank where the 2 fuel lines go in there is a 4 wire plug that connects to the fuel housing. Is there a pump in there or is there just a level indicator?

There does not appear to be a pump on the frame rails at all.

Any ideas on if I have a the lift pump or the intank? Thanks!

Pull any codes. Sounds like you have the retrofit intank pump.........your truck originally came with a fuel canister mounted LP. You will not find a LP on the frame rail......I'd get a FASS or Air DOG......I thought I had answered this before.
