Fuel Filter
once you unthread the cap it is a bit tough to pull the cap up...just pull straight up as the filter is attached to the cap....
if you can't turn the cap, try using a socket or a larger cresent wrench. just make sure whichever you use, they fit the cap perfectly so you don't round off the edges. the cap shouldn't be real hard to take off unless it was crossthreaded when replaced before.
if that were the case though, you would have had other problems too.
