A truck can actually be in alignment specs and still pull one way or the other. For example, the specs may call for 0 degrees caster with a tolerance of plus or minus 1 degree. You may have a left wheel caster of .9 neg and the right wheel caster may be .9 positive. Each wheel may be withing spec limits, but this is alost a full 2 degree difference and this much difference will cause the truck to pull. It is amazing how many alignment guys out there that do not get this and will give the truck back to you in this condition and will tell you it is within specs and feel they have done their job correctly.

Your problem is different- it looks like your brakes apply unevenly. The other problem was that the truck pulled without the brake applied, yours pulls only if the brake is applied medium to hard if I got it right. Yours sounds like a classic air in the brake lines problem to me. Bleeding them is a PIA if you don't use vacuum IMO- but the truck has a vac pump and with a bit of transparent hose and a glass jar you can make your own vac bleeder and be done with it very quickly.

I am @ work today, so I'll give it a try tomorrow... But I put new brakes on about 6k miles ago and had all 4 rotors turned...

I am trying to remember, but one of my rotors had to be turned 3 or 4 times to true it up... So if it was the front passenger side, it could be drag causing over heating and warping of the rotor....
