Fault Code

I just checked for fault codes and had 2. Have a P1693 & P0234. Found that the 0234 is turbo boost limit exceeded. Is this bad? What wouls cause this? I just installed a K&N filter but never checked codes before , can't beleive that the filter would cause it.

Re:Fault Code

My truck has had a K&N for about 70,000 miles and I have had no problems.

Re:Fault Code

The turbo pressure on a 24 valve can be exceeded if the MAP sensor gets dirty or is defective.
