Engine stalls

Any one have a problem with their 2001 dodge diesel stalling when put in gear , runs fine down the road. had scanned no codes. seems like it starts acting up when the transmission get about 150 degrees. The engine rpms at a stop do move up and down 50 rpms can not put into reverse or drive with out it stalling.
