Engine Power Drops Out

Info on truck first - 2002 Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel with Edge Box w/ Attitude Controller. The fuel pump in the tank has been replaced.

Started intermitant problems a couple months back, but took it on a 3 hour drive at 60 mph this weekend and the problems happened almost constantly. While driving at constant speed the engine power just drops out, put your foot into the gas and nothing, then she picks up and powers up.

Pulled over and disconnected the box to try and pinpoint the problem. She still did it and the check engine light came on. Pulled back over and plugged the box back in, light stayed on and the problem continued.

Pulled the codes: P1693 - DTC detected in companion mode, P0237 - Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circut Low, P0216 - Injection Timing Control Circut Malfunction.

When we got home I disconnected the battery to reset the codes not knowing if they came up because of disconnecting the box. The engine light reset but the codes are still there.

Does anyone know what these codes mean? Are they related to disconnecting the box? Any other thoughts? Possibly the Throttle Position Sensor?

Yeah, but wouldn't that show up on the box? Been watching all the readings on the box when it happens and the fuel pressure does not drop out when the engine looses its power.

Could be the edge is causing the 0216 code, happened with my ez before. Fuel pressure shouldn't change when the power drops off, it's being read before the ip, correct?. The box is causing the timing to be off, is my other guess.
