engine died code 148 and 88

engine died code 148 and 88
Started as a hesitation on acceleration. About 30 miles later the engine died..
Replaced the fuel filter no luck. The canister was full of fuel. 200k on the truck. It is a 2004.5 one ton. BHAF and juice module. All gauges read normal even as the truck coasted to a stop. Cranks fine but no fire.
Any help would be appreciated.

codes indicate high rail fuel pressure. I am not real familiar with everything that controls that, but i think there is a sensor there. wonder if it could be cutting off your fuel in error. I am sure someone more knowledgable will be along shortly.
