Electrical problem
Need help please
02 24 valve, stock.
all gauges are off as well as overhead, which reads CCd on all modes.
Dashboard lights are all on, engine, abs, fuel and airbag light
odometer will read mileage then flash 4 times, then it will read
"no buS " or is it " no bu5 "
all fuses in the panel are ok
I have tried to cycle the key 3 times to show the code and it will not do this for me at this time.
Any help at all would be appriciated
Thank you.

Yes I have checked both fuse area's under the hood and in the side of the dash.
I have also read on the search here about the connections on the back of the instrument panel or to even look at the CTM ( central timing module ) someone else had this problem and thats what it turned out to be? Not sure I will check the connections first.

Mine did the same thing. It was raining its *** off and did it. Only thing I could figure is water got somewhere it shouldnt. I went to check all connections and misteriously it was already fixed. Ive had alot of electricial issues in the last year on my truck. It started with the CTM catching on fire internally, I was in the truck when it happened and got it unhooked before it got into the wiring too bad. Dont fool around too long, check it out asap.
I don't know if this is helpful, but a buddy had a gas dodge of that era that did the same thing.
It turned out the dash its self had failed.
It might not be a bad idea to unhook the batteries, then take apart every connector and clean them with contact cleaner followed by compressed air, then pack with some diaelectric grease before reconnecting.

Check for 5 volt circuit short to ground or loose ground at pcm. usually it ends up being a shorted crank sensor. Don't forget that components attached to these pull up circuits such as cam, crank, tps, and map sensors, to name a few, can also be shorted internally causeing this condition.
