dumping fluid

Question dumping fluid

i have oil dumping out of the vent tube coming up from my front diff. jiffy lube just added some. i suspect they added too much. do i need to drain some out or just let it vent itself through the tube?

The correct level is 3/4" below the bottom of the fill plug. Often it will start leaking out the the end of of the axle tubes all over your brakes when overfull.
I would suck it down to the correct level ASAP.
