Dead pedal help

A freind just phoned and his truck goes to an idle and won't accerlerate. He shuts down engine and restarts and it goes good for a while, maybe days, than acts up again. I asked him to read codes on dash and he come's up with PD0AE. he just had a rebuilt injection pump installed last month, but problem is still there. 2001 standard transmission. If it is the throttle postion sensor, where is a good place to get one? Thanks

Have him check the the cruise control,if it does not work then it is his throttle postion sensor. I got all three of mine at the dodge dealer because was on the road at the time. 04.5 crew auto 3500 drws no mod pure stock 388k on it now.

Do a Google search for "timbo apps", he makes replacement units for $160.00.
